OUR ENGINEERING CAPACITY Research has shown that 80% of the cost of a new product hinges on design and manufacturers is ranking design consultation as a top factor in reducing overall manufacturing costs. Right design in the product development process can have a substantial impact on the total product cost. Alpha-Mold is willing to get early involve in customers’ project and offer product development consultancy service. We will design the mold according to customers' requirements, and parallelly we will try our best to optimize the mold structure and improve the cooling channels in order to achieve the highest quality parts with minimum cycle.
